Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
A systematic TNA allows you evaluate where your current employee skill set is and where it needs to be to fulfil the requirements for the business now and in the future.
The TNA usually follows the completion of the performance review process and should be reviewed at least annually in line with company objectives and to ensure you have the skills within the business or to plan up skill the current workforce or to identify the need to recruit.
